Located in Northeast Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, near the cities of Cleveland and Helen, Strong Rock Camp is an experience campers and parents will cherish for a lifetime. Strong Rock is a co-ed camp which rests on 250 acres and shares half of its boundaries with the Chattahoochee National Forest. With mountains in view, mature native forest, meandering streams, and many types of wildlife, Strong Rock is an escape. Our campus is a great place for children to get outside and play.

Our Philosophy

We believe that every person has been created with an essential need for acceptance, challenge, self-discovery, and unconditional love. From program to facilities to staff, every part of Strong Rock was designed to meet those needs. We want every child to be accepted for who they are, encouraged to try something new, know that they are loved, and go home having discovered more about who they are.

Strong Rock is guided by Christian leadership and the principles given by Jesus Christ. We do not believe in imposing our beliefs on anyone, but simply sharing them without threat or discrimination. Our beliefs guide our practices and our purpose. It is because of the difference a relationship with Christ has made in our lives that we would like to share that difference with others.
