2010 Sessions:

Session 1 (6 day): June 6-11 $795
Session 2 (13 day): June 13-25 $1370
Session 3 (6 day): June 27-July 2 $795
Session 4 (13 day): July 4-July 16 $1370

Eligibility

One week sessions: Rising 1st - Rising 10th graders
Two week sessions: Rising 2nd - Rising 10th graders

Fees

A deposit and registration fee of $250 is due with the submission of the application. The $200 deposit will be non-refundable after March 1, 2010, but may be transferred to another session upon availability. The registration fee of $50 is non-refundable. Payment may be set up on a schedule if desired. The final balance is due April 30th, 2010. No discounts are allowed for late arrivals or early departures. A refund of 1/2 the unused fee will be given for campers dismissed for health reasons. Dismissal due to homesickness or misconduct will result in forfeiture of the rest of a campers stay and no refund will be available. Registration will be final upon receipt of full camp fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If paying by check, please make it payable to Strong Rock Camp and Retreat.

There is no extra charge for any of the classes. Campers can shop at the camp store for souvenirs and/or personal items such as toiletries and stamps as well as afternoon snacks (Evening snacks are provided free of charge). Parents may set up spending accounts for their campers if they wish, as keeping cash in the cabins is discouraged.

Discounts

Parents sending more than one child will receive a 5% discount for each camper.

Campers choosing to stay for more than one session will receive a $75 discount for the second session.

Referral Program

Strong Rock offers rebates for referring other campers. Rebate amounts are as follows: a $137 rebate per camper who applies for a two week session, and a $79.50 rebate per camper who applies for a one week session.

Rebates will be issued if the following conditions are met:

1. Referral rebates will only be applied if the Referred puts the Referee on the original application, online or by mail. Phone calls and emails after the application is received will not be considered.
2. Referral rebates will only be applied if both the Referee and the Referred pay in full.

Anyone may obtain rebates as long as the above conditions are met, including those who have never attended Strong Rock Camp.
