The Strong Rock staff is second to none. With intensive training on how to keep kids safe and how to teach them new skills in all of our outdoor activities, you are what makes Strong Rock the camp it is. As Christlike role models, we expect our staff members to build a relationship with each and every camper individually, making sure you know more than just their name. Once you know the heart of a camper, and love them because of who God created them to be, they feel truly known and loved unconditionally.
The difference between a good time at camp and a life changing experience rests on your shoulders. We seek out mature and responsible college aged men and women who know how to have fun, and are self-motivated.
There are many opportunities to be a solid Christian role model and servant leader at camp, from working in the kitchen and horse barn, to being a cabin staffer and counselor. We ask that you have a willingness to die to self daily, showing your love for the Lord by putting campers and fellow staff before yourself.
